I have logged a claim to fix a chip on my car and 2 days later no one has contacted me to finalise the claim and this isn’t the first claim I put in for a chip that doesn’t get resolved, it’s ridiculous that something so small could take so long to fix?? Totally unacceptable!
The worst service provider ever!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone taking a contract with Telkom I paid up my account in advance to close and today i receive an invoice for a debit order I am so frustrated I have been on the call for an hour literally with zero assistance!!! After I was told to pay R1900 to cancel !!! I find out it’s not closed!!! I am so frustrated!!!!
I was still talking to a consultant and asked that policies be moved until I am ready to start instead of cancelling to my surprise I was debited and now I have a policy i didnt agree to! I have been sending mails even before the debit order to cancel everything now I am expected to draft letters why should I go through all this admin when I didn’t even finalize this policy it shouldn’t have been opened in the first place!!!! Please cancel/close everything!!!
I am so frustrated with the service I get from telkom I have made payment of my contract paid it gf but I just received a message now that my account isn’t paid ????? How do you allocate payment ? It can’t take you weeks!!!!!! Can someone call me and I need a letter showing this contract is paid up and closed !! This is ridiculous! I cant be running around after telkom every month!
I bought a fridge on the 24th of Feb got home water dispenser was leaking water non stop I had take out all the water just to avoid having water everywhere next day went back to change it and a new one was delivered 2 days later now its the 27 of March the light on this fridge is off!!!! Why am I receiving faulty fridges? Why!!!! I am wasting so much of my time and money going up and down to Game I am at the end of the rope and I am getting frustrated, I have stocked up this fridge and now it’s going to stop working ? It’s also loud I was told that’s normal and it hasn’t stopped! I am not a happy customer at all really this was my first purchase of an appliance at game and I am not happy. What is going with with these defy fridges ? I need this fridge changed asap to a different one completely and I will not add more money for a different one because I have been inconvenienced more than once. We can’t keep doing this it will probably switch off next !! Need this fixed today I don’t know if I should leave it on or off !!!
If i could rate less than a star i would , i resigned in Dec 2023, should have received my payout between 2-4 weeks as i was told my previous company only sent the docs on the 23rd of Jan today on the 13th of Feb i call to find out how far we are now and i am told they have done absolutely nothing yet on my claim hasn't been processed at all!!!after i ask what she means she literally laughs at me on the phone ! don’t understand that and you also don’t answer phone calls , i have to call multiple times, i got told the whole team went on lunch at the same time how is that even possible ? Not happy at all!!!!
I have been with Bonitas for the past 3 months and they have been horrible , i asked for debit order to go off on certain days and it didn’t until i get a message telling me my medical aid has been suspended!! In Dec i communicate that i want to take out the main memeber so i can be the main memeber and it is still not done over and above that i communicated that my pay date has changed and debit order should be changed!!! And it wasn’t ! I go to the doctor today and i am told my membership has been suspended due to no payment !! I have never been so frustrated in my life !!! Please cancel this membership and i will go elsewhere! I can’t do this every month!!
If i could have a negative rating i would, i placed an order on Asap on Friday and it didn’t get delivered i get credited and i placed another order with my money and guess what? Not delivered!!! So sick of pnp asap!!! I want my refund and i will never ever purchase anything from pnp not forgetting their drivers are rude and aggressive!!!
I had such amazing service from THOMAS MABITLE today, he managed to recover my excess from my claim from an accident. He was very nice, patient and super helpful . Really amazing customer service skills . Really made my day with the good news that money is coming my way and the service I received. Wish he could handle all my claims.
I bought a couch online last week, 6 days ago , got a message that my couch is on it’s way , i call and they tell me its coming from Durban , last week Thursday it is Wednesday today and no couch! And worst of all no one can tell me when I’ll receive it. I am so disappointed with Mr price, a truck from Durban to Johannesburg takes a day! This couch should have been delivered already !!! And i work in Logistics so you cant fool me about transport! Should have been delivered! No excuses.
