Its now two weeks having applied for a contract phone till to this date we still do not have the phones. I have never seen a disastrous system like the one they are using at the above stipulated company. I would advice they stop selling contract phones to the consumers because its only one person who executes this duty and she just cant cope with the workload thereof. To get a service you wait for hours, buy the time you think you have reached your final destination then you will spent the whole day processing the application and you will the place still with the incomplete application.
Yesterday I took my car for a service at the above stipulated company, unfortunately I could not pay because of network glitches. I stayed there till everybody knocked off, that was after 17hrs. I requested that they give me the car I will make payments via EFT as soon as the network problem is resolved. The manager could not assist, mind you I was supposed to have fetched my baby at 16h30. They did not show no mercy at all, I had to travel back home with taxis all the way from Sasolburg to Sebokeng. I went there again this morning with proof of payment, still I don't have my car with me the excuse now is that they still have to wait for the money to reflect on their system. I have been loyal to this company for the past 4 to 5 years. I bought the very car from them, doing services to them as well. Right at the time of my desperation same people I have been supporting their business with my finances could not assist. I want to believe that if I had a different skin color I would have been treated differently. They could not even trust a proof of payment afforded to them when I went for the second time. The treatment I get there has nothing to with the systems of the company but poor service to your loyal customers who keeps your company on a smooth running day in and day out.
This review serves to lodge a complain about one of the biggest insurance which fails to keep its customers happy. My wife has a policy with the above stated company and the couldn't assist nor give reason why they would not assist her at the time of bereavement. If am not mistaken around 23rd May 2022 a claim was executed by the companies Financial Adviser/ Agent on behalf of my wife since she lost her cousin brother to her surprise her claim did not go through till this date, however others some did receive theirs even though it was way after the funeral. My wife then decided to resubmit her claim via whatsApp still her effort was in vane she still hasn't got her pay out, which is why I share the same sentiments with the family that once took a deceased body right in front of their offices.

I have lodged a complain with VW South Africa pertaining my car (POLO Vivo) which I bought at Dutton Motors last year june, I seem not to get any help from both companies. The problem with the car is the air-con which doesn't produce any cool air from last summer, also this problem wast discovered by the technicians at a car dealer when I took a car for 30k service interval and was advised to book a day for them to re-look at it and fix at no cost. Now for the mere fact that the car was bumped this year May on the right hand side of the the fender and was repaired now they claim that the warranty wont pay for the repairs of the air-con because a relay is not found (not there). They say maybe it was taken by the panel beater, but now how do I prove that their technician (car dealer) didn't take it either? Worse this fault was discovered long before I took a car for panel beating.
1st for women is a total failure. My sister is undergoing a lot of stress and emotional depression due to ill treatment by 1st for woman. She has got an active insurance policy with the stipulated insurance company. on the 20th May 2019 she got bumped and made a claim as accordingly, to her surprise the insurance claims that she is not on Comprehensive package but Saver package which only caters for third party only. What puzzles me most is the fact that my sisters car window was once broken and they did repair the window yet she is not covered on comprehensive package. Another confusing aspect is that after she was bumped the insurance said she can take the car for assessment, why were they raising her expectations to that extent yet her package does not cater for such? On our inquiry today the first consultant told us that they have never had a package called (Saver Package), as inquiry proceed another consultant claims that the policy package changed to third party package, the Saver Package is no longer in existence and she was never told of such changes. What is going here?
My sister bought some vests for her kids on Saturday at Akcermans Sandton, only to find that those vests are short sleeved and she was actually looking looking for long sleeved vets now she took them back to Ackermans Sasolburg and the manager refuse to take the items back, claiming that a till slip only wont be sufficient for them to accept those items, the price tags should also be there otherwise we'll have to take them back to Sandton. This doesn't make sense at all because we are residing at Sasolburg now we to travel back just to exchange some pity vests.
last year around September I was one of the guests who slept in one of the premises in Ext 8 Witbank which belongs to the owner of the above stipulated guest house. Unfortunately when I left the place I somehow left behind a sneaker(left foot) in a room where we were sleeping. I called the house keeper, she promised to arrange with her superiors instead she ignored my call there after. I spoke to the receptionist by the name of Sbongile at Bella Bonni, and I even spoke to the owner of the place to arrange with them that I wanted to send a courier company to fetch that sneaker up till now I never got any help. I called again this month Sbongile told me that she'll call me again but its all in vain.
I have a problem with PnP Sasolburg CBD, we normally buy our lunch there almost every day. this retail shop bakery has got flies which are hoovering on their rolls, and these items are exposed I guess for display purposes and for us to point which exactly we are looking for. Trust me its disgusting to see a fly on your food, worse if still have to pay for it.
I am not happy at all with the service of MTN, I still have an open query which was lodged on the 3rd of Aug 2018, their consultants are so terrible such that they cant connect you(complainant) to their superiors if the matter is above their capacity. As a loyal customer I made a payment to one of my accounts but now I want MTN to redirect this payment into another account which is a contract and they have a proof of payment with them but it seem to be a hassle for them to process this transaction.
