Many South African restaurants and fast food establishments treat customers poorly because they get away with it. We ordered burgers from Bella Pizza in Lakeside today. After waiting 2 hours we called to ask where our food was and they said they had been at our house but when they called to be let in, the cell number I gave (that I've had for almost a decade) doesn't exist. They then came back and gave us the same 2.5 hour old soggy slimy mushy food that had clearly been sitting around. I called to ask for their email address to send pics of the food, but the owner said they have no email address. So I told him politely that as a regular customer I was disappointed by the quality, and he proceeded to blame me, becoming aggressive and rude including saying they \can't remake food every time a customer doesn't answer their phone". When I suggested it was likely he had taken down the number incorrectly"
