Excellent treatments at Librisa

The spa at the mount nelson has superb the******s. I was fortunate enough to enjoy a reflexology with Sam and on my recent visit a manicure with Sam and a reflexology with Khanyi. Superb. The service was sublime the skill set superb. The ladies were polite and attentive and very good at their jobs. The room was lovely- aromatic and luxurious. My only concern with the Spa is that they don't review their e-mails often enough for bookings - 2x I have mailed and waited more than 48 hours for a response. The waiting area also needs a bit more thought. It's too hot and they don't have nice things to eat/drink - not fresh enough and no knife to cut a lemon for a water etc. Just small things but perhaps good to be aware of and perhaps if you are having a manicure/pedicure - you could choose your colour while there and waiting etc. The prices for locals are high for most of the treatments - I do wish they would do a CT special - but I assume they don't need to with the tourists back in CT again. I will certainly go back - and I thought the treatments were as good as anywhere in the world. Well done ladies.
