Bennett Read

I purchased a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner at makro last year November 2021.it was working perfectly until the wheels of the vacuum fell off... I returned it to the makro to be fixed and they replaced it with a used vacuum. It worked for 2 months and then the wheels fell off again.. I returned it again to makro and they booked it in for service repairs and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to repair.. I find that Bennett Read appliance are extremely pricey and the parts they us are cheap that keeps breaking... The customer care department is pathetic and unhelpful... I wish l knew about their products before purchase... It's totally useless!!!!!!
