Tevo Staff Midrand very awesome
I bought a 6L Bennett Read pressure cooker on the 30th of June 2023, only to realise after cooking that the steam plate and lid seal ring wasn’t included. I then contacted their warehouse and I was given an email to send it Khutso and I did so, after few days she responded and escalated my complaint to a guy called KG, for further assistance. After Few weeks with no respond I then called Khutso just for a follow up and she wasn’t available but later she returned my call and arranged for me to bring the pressure cooker for a new one. On 13 September I then drove to Midrand to their warehouse and everyone I met from the security, receptionist, cleaner manager etc they were very welcoming, a guy then came I forgot his name said he was sent by Kg to come and assist me and the pressure cooker was exchanged to a new one. Thank you to Khutso and the rest of Tevo staff met.🤗🤗❤️❤️

I purchased a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner at makro last year November 2021.it was working perfectly until the wheels of the vacuum fell off... I returned it to the makro to be fixed and they replaced it with a used vacuum. It worked for 2 months and then the wheels fell off again.. I returned it again to makro and they booked it in for service repairs and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to repair.. I find that Bennett Read appliance are extremely pricey and the parts they us are cheap that keeps breaking... The customer care department is pathetic and unhelpful... I wish l knew about their products before purchase... It's totally useless!!!!!!

Disgusting!!
The lawyers of Body Lab gym. They conveniently share the same address. Sending inflated and inconsistent bills to extort money from innocent people. I am beyond disgusted, actually. Abusing the law to scam and scare innocent people.

Bennett and Associates and Body Lab piece of trash
I was passing by the mall the other day and i came across the body lab sales consultant telling me about free gym trial- whatever the name might be that i have to come to the gym for 30 days for free- and if i don't like the gym i can always stop- he ask me to put some contact details on the paper which i did- i did not know that i am signing a contract for gym membership. Scammers, there was a month whereby R179 if not mistaken was debited form my account and i reverse it - i though it was mistake and it will be rectified. Jan 2021 i received an sms from Bennett Associates " i am being handed over for the body lab gym" i explained my story to Pieter and i told him since i was not aware that i joined the gym, there is no problem i will pay and continue with the gym. I paid 385 which was for the month of Dec 2020 and Jan 2021, and then continue paying the monthly gym fee of 179 till now, to my surprise i went to the gym and i was told my account is in arrears and they need a letter from Bennett and Associate to state that my account is in track. I emailed Rinda and Pieter for the letter even today i did not receive the letter, instead i received a statement of account charging me for phone calls with a ridiculous amount apparently owed by me, how did they get to that amount i don't know how it was calculated. I am paying monthly gym fee of R179 every month but unable to go to the gym, i mean. Unfortunately i will not fold my arms and let you bully me with my money nxa!!!!

worst company
worst company ever if they even a company. this lady Nicolete can't even calculate 30 percent, I've asked for the amount over four time and she hasn't given me correct amount. I hope this company closes down with all the fraud and robbing clients. they say they not bodylab but it's the same company even they phone number is the same and even recipe are the same. someone please do something about this company they need to be closed down. even paid in full but this lady keeps adding amount

gym fees
<p>i have been handed over to this company for not cancelling my gym membership and the amount that i owe them keeps increasing despite the fact that i made payment a couple of times. it seems if they want you to remain on their system forever. whenever i ask for an explain a lady by the name Petria keeps me telling me that she is doing her job by making me pay endlessy. i am charged for telephone calls that were never made and apparently you are also charged just for making payment. This to me does not make sense at all , i derseve an explaination</p>
