Tevo Staff Midrand very awesome

I bought a 6L Bennett Read pressure cooker on the 30th of June 2023, only to realise after cooking that the steam plate and lid seal ring wasn’t included. I then contacted their warehouse and I was given an email to send it Khutso and I did so, after few days she responded and escalated my complaint to a guy called KG, for further assistance. After Few weeks with no respond I then called Khutso just for a follow up and she wasn’t available but later she returned my call and arranged for me to bring the pressure cooker for a new one. On 13 September I then drove to Midrand to their warehouse and everyone I met from the security, receptionist, cleaner manager etc they were very welcoming, a guy then came I forgot his name said he was sent by Kg to come and assist me and the pressure cooker was exchanged to a new one.
