I ordered stuff with Badh, got delivered, 3 items weren’t fitting properly, arranged for return, the courier came to collect only to find that my son gave them wrong order. I communicated with the Bash support where Khanyisile indicated that they did receive my parcel but it wasn’t the correct bash. Khanyisile assured me that the parcel wi be sent back to me free of charge and she kept on updating me each day together with Mary-Jane till I received my parcel back. I would like to thank each one of them for the outstanding services they provided to me while I was stressed. Khanyisile and Mary-Jane from Bash support and the rest of the team keep up the good work. May Gkd bless you and happy new year
Worse logistics company ever I wish shein could get rid of them and use a better courier company who are willing to assist us. The call center agent Nhlamulo hang up a phone on me while trying to explain to her, now my order has been driving with the driver who doesn’t want to assist in delivering my parcel. We make time arrangements for a delivery of the parcel and he don’t go at that time then. He wants to go deliver and his own time and then by then there’s no one in the house.
Worse courier company I’ve ever come across, I wrote instructions on my availability at the house, but the stupid drivers chose to ignore it and drove went to the house, when they get there they called and I told them I’m not available and there’s no one in the house I can be available at the specified time stipulated on the delivery note. What’s the use of us writing instructions if it’s not going to be adhered to This is really unacceptable
I have a delivery from Netherlands, it arrived on Wednesday midday, same day seeing that it have arrived I called their office to update my contact number coz my phone was lost. A day before. On Thursday my parcel couldn’t be delivered and the status said delayed. Friday morning I called to find out and I was told that they were waiting for an alternative number so they deliver, the lady I spoke to confirmed the number I gave them on Wednesday, she then transferred me to another delivery only to be told that my number was not going through, now my parcel couldn’t be delivered coz of the miscommunication of the people working at aramex, there’s an email address on my parcel and an alternative number but they claim they couldn’t get hold of me while I gave them the number. I’m so sad cz now I would have to wait for Monday so I can get my delivery. This is poor service delivery and it sucks
I would like to express my gratitude on how best Naked insurance is. My phone got ****** on the 30/07/2025 and I submitted a claim yesterday 31/07/2025 and few hours my claim was approved. Thank you Naked for a speedy assistance and approval, you will forever be the best. I’m over the moon 😊😊😊😊
Dropped my parcel yesterday 13:00 at Jewel city Maboneng Johannesburg to Limpopo Tzaneen. Today around 10:40 received a message that it was out for delivery and had to track it coz I couldn’t believe it. At 12:45 the parcel was delivered in Tzaneen Burgersdorp Mhadawa this is the second time my economy parcel was delivered in time and very fast from Jhb to Tzaneen. Thank you courier guy for the speedy delivery Keep up the good work
Despite a slight delay with the ITAC clearance there was no issue and finally the phone arrived as advertised and DHL was there to assist through out the whole process till I received my phone, iPhone 11 , I can truly says the phone looks new, the battery percentage is on 97%. No scratches it’s perfect. Thank you to Revive staff for following up with the shipment process. Keep up the good work
Don’t buy from revive if you want peace of mind. They pose as the business that has the stock around SA. In fact their stock is imported. I ordered a used iPhone on 24 June thinking the shipping process will be as easy as a normal online purchase, but it was a lie, the phone was shipped from Dubai of which you need to have ITAC certificate in order for the customs to be cleared. The courier in question their using held my parcel and kept quiet till I had to call by myself and I was told I need a ITAC certificate to import second hand phone. I did apply for the certificate and I was told I will take 5-7 working days to be approved that’s when I will get my order. Revibe first of all should have made all their customers for all the steps they will have to follow in order for a phone to be shipped. If I knew this before I swear I wouldn’t have ordered from them. Please order from shops that have their stock in hand and in South Africa to avoid unnecessary delays
I’ve used the courier for couples of times and I’m proud to say it have been doing great up to so far. I requested a parcel to be picked up from Johannesburg to Limpopo on Wednesday and they came to collect it same day and the following day around 13:00 it was delivered in Limpopo Tzaneen. Keep up the good work guys I’m so impressed.
Mtn services is a nonsense everyone working there seems not to know that their doing. You call you explain yourself the next thing you must be transferred and also you won’t get help.
