My insurance policy was increasing with 15% and the consultant reviewed it and decreases the monthly premium
I ordered food on Friday the 15th of December 2023 around 18:28 preparation time 23 min with estimated delivery of 19:25. I wanted for my delivery until it was 8:30. Had no choicr but to drive to Middelburg CBD and it was raining to enquire about my order, i found my order there prepared long time ago and the food was already cold, you can imagine food prepared at 18;28 and collected at 20;30. I called custimer care but the phone was busy and i dropped the phone and opted for email of which i received an automated email to say they will get in touch with me but they did not until now. Please mr D pay back my money, petrol i used to go collect my food, delivery and driver's tip charged. Thanks
I was assisted by Kagiso in connection with the debit order that bounced due to insufficient funds, you can imagine stress that i was going through but he managed to talk to me nicely and assure me that he will arrange for debit deduction today
I called 1st for women on Monday the 6th of March 2023 to report that my tv is damaged due to loadshading, i was told i need to log a claim on the App. My issue is since i do not have a smart phone let alone data what must i do then, the lady that was helping me told me that sorry there is nothing she can do from her side . I sent a message on Facebook and the agent called to apologise and put me through to the other sales consultant who then gave me an attitude as well. Till today i am not assisted, and i have arranged with some random guy to come look at my TV. Please in future when we join insurance, please let us know that to join one need a smart phone and data, so that we know from the word go. Never been this dis-pointed in my life whereas i pay my premium on time every month, when is time to get assisted you are giving me the run arounds.
On the 4th of November 2022 i went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre- Witbank Branch for the fitment. I wanted Bridgestone 185/55R16 for my Toyota Starlet XS. When i get there i asked nicely for the size, the guy by the name of Klaas said with attitude we don't have Bridgestone but i can give you another brand, i said is fine give it to me. He gave me the other brand (forgot the name) i paid for two tyres for the price of R1 960.20 i paid with the card. Only to find out that my one rim is damaged. He told me that the rim is damaged and he can repair the rim for me for the price of R899.99. I paid as well. All in all i paid R2 860.19. When they are about to fit the rim the person who was helping me told me that the size i wanted is not available, and i was like how come. Okay i told them since the size is not available is fine, repair the rim and refund me back my money. Klaas said he will refund me since i paid by card, but the money will only be in after 24 hours, i pleaded my story that i need the tyres as in yesterday as i am going home for funeral. He said with attitude again that " i can make a noise as much as i want there is nothing he can do". I was like but the mistake is from your side, you made me pay for the Tyre that you did not have in stock, and why am i suffering for that?. He gave me rim back, tried to speak to the manager but he told me the same story that i have to wait for 24hours for the money to reflect in my account. I took my rim and go to the nearest fitment centre, i got the bridgestone tyres there and while there we trying to fit, only to find that Tiger Wheel and Tyre has damaged my Rim. I went back to Tiger Wheel and Tyre showed them the rim, they acknowledge their mistake and they said they will repair the rim at no cost, but they are taking the rim to wheel collision in Jhb (turnaround is 2 weeks). I said fine, tomorrow the 18th of November 20222 is 2 weeks, still i did not hear anything from Tiger Wheel and Tyre, until i called them today (17/11/2022 at around 14:00) to check on the rim. I was told no i have to wait till tomorrow they will call me back. It has been almost 2 weeks not hearing anything about my rims, i mean i parked my car now using taxis and lifts to work etc because i don't have rims.
I was passing by the mall the other day and i came across the body lab sales consultant telling me about free gym trial- whatever the name might be that i have to come to the gym for 30 days for free- and if i don't like the gym i can always stop- he ask me to put some contact details on the paper which i did- i did not know that i am signing a contract for gym membership. Scammers, there was a month whereby R179 if not mistaken was debited form my account and i reverse it - i though it was mistake and it will be rectified. Jan 2021 i received an sms from Bennett Associates " i am being handed over for the body lab gym" i explained my story to Pieter and i told him since i was not aware that i joined the gym, there is no problem i will pay and continue with the gym. I paid 385 which was for the month of Dec 2020 and Jan 2021, and then continue paying the monthly gym fee of 179 till now, to my surprise i went to the gym and i was told my account is in arrears and they need a letter from Bennett and Associate to state that my account is in track. I emailed Rinda and Pieter for the letter even today i did not receive the letter, instead i received a statement of account charging me for phone calls with a ridiculous amount apparently owed by me, how did they get to that amount i don't know how it was calculated. I am paying monthly gym fee of R179 every month but unable to go to the gym, i mean. Unfortunately i will not fold my arms and let you bully me with my money nxa!!!!
