Unhappy mum

My 2 years old toddler has been using this product since day one ,but 2 months ago she started having a nappy rash I thought it will go away but it kept getting worse by day...I took my child to a doctor because her private part was red and it looked like it's been burnt and I wrote Bennett baby email and they said they gonna call me it's been 2 weeks.. I would advise new mums like me not to buy this product I spent a fortune for my child to get help because of their product..
