Extremely bad attitude and service from Waiter!

ordered water from Waiter and he kept on taking other tables drinks orders sitting next to us and brining the orders without bringing the water three different times i asked him about the water I ordered and he told me he is busy with customers, i asked the waiter if I was not the customer? He said if I'm not happy with what he is telling me I can go tell the manger that he is busy with customers. ! went to the manger told him what happened, and I told both the waiter and the manger that it was the first and the last time I come to their restaurant! I paid for my bill and left.
