What a poor service and reap off service I took my car to Benz Tech in Rustenburg around January 2026 for service, they told me there are parts that needs to be replaced one was shafts. I bought parts needed and booked the car and they took it in on the 18th February 2026. Only to be called and told there was a mistake as my car didn't need replacement of shafts but it only needs sealing that will cost me R795. I told them to go ahead thinking then it'll be cheaper that replacement of shafts.
To my surprise, the invoice still had charge of R2 795 for the shafts that they themselves wrongly diagnosed. When I asked they say already the strip job was done, My question is should I pray for their mistake, at that time I already lost money R7 000.00 for buying shafts that I can't return as it's the policy of the s**** shop saying parts are only returned within 3 days, but unfortunately I bought them on Friday.
Benz Tech Rustenburg, didn't even apologize but worse part still charged me for the service they didn't provide.
Because of Benz Tech Rustenburg negligence I lost R10 0000 and they didn't even give a care. The owner didn't even try to look remorseful, is this the safe we should get and also be duped of our last penny?
