What a poor service and reap off service I took my car to Benz Tech in Rustenburg around January 2026 for service, they told me there are parts that needs to be replaced one was shafts. I bought parts needed and booked the car and they took it in on the 18th February 2026. Only to be called and told there was a mistake as my car didn't need replacement of shafts but it only needs sealing that will cost me R795. I told them to go ahead thinking then it'll be cheaper that replacement of shafts. To my surprise, the invoice still had charge of R2 795 for the shafts that they themselves wrongly diagnosed. When I asked they say already the strip job was done, My question is should I pray for their mistake, at that time I already lost money R7 000.00 for buying shafts that I can't return as it's the policy of the s**** shop saying parts are only returned within 3 days, but unfortunately I bought them on Friday. Benz Tech Rustenburg, didn't even apologize but worse part still charged me for the service they didn't provide. Because of Benz Tech Rustenburg negligence I lost R10 0000 and they didn't even give a care. The owner didn't even try to look remorseful, is this the safe we should get and also be duped of our last penny?

Complete ****! I paid for a membership, hoping to earn money by sharing ads, but it was all a lie taking me rounds. Don't waste your time or money beware! I'll make a police report on the same matter

DISGUSTING SERVICE I'm Lesego Molefe,It would be an understatement to describe the service I got from Benz Tech as bad,a rainy day is bad for a braai,a running stomach is bad for a good night sleep,too much sweets is bad for kids etc therefore I can only describe the service as being less than nothing. My car has been sitting in their premises for over a year now waiting to be fixed.The owner gave me a quotation of R44500 to fix the auto transmission,replace intake manifold and speed sensors and we agreed that I will pay half of the money upfront and I did.After 2 months he told me the car also needs control arms,engine mounts and subframe which I must buy and deliver to them,I did that and it cost me a further R9000 and all I have been getting is one excuse after the other conveyed to me in a nonchalant,devil-may-care,arrogant attitude for the whole 1 yr 5mnth and to add insult to injury,the car's taillights got damaged by hail since its just sitting outside exposed to the elements and I kept quiet because I just wanted the car fixed.My general opinion about this business is that the colour of your skin determines the quality of service you get,so if you're black and you need some stress and frustration in your life,I recommend Benz Tech. I would also like to add that not once has Benz Tech initiated contact with me and you have to call countless times with various different numbers before you can get hold of the owner,very unprofessional conduct!!!

Hi benz tech rustenburg is very disappointing I send my car to them a mercedes benz for timing in October I was qoated 39 000 which I payed I was then called to collect the car by a receptionist. On my arrival my car wad parked outside ready for collection i then asked re receptionist about the garranty of the work done ad it was not mentionef on the invoice she said no it had a 1 year garranty thou is not documented guys that lady is a liar she take people forgranted especially black people .when I start the car i felt that its not idling proper I then called the lady and explained what was happening she called the workshop manager whom I also explained what was happening and he said to me no the car is fine it should idle like that.i then drove away. On my way home i started gearing noise from the engine I stopped immediately and called them they send a tow truck to come pick it up .the next day I called them the receptionist said to me they need to test drive it first to check the problem. The next day when I call the lady said to me the car had no petrol I must bring petrol so that they can test drive the car .my question was if I did not call when wad I going to be told about that I then made plans to rake petrol there and it was already late I then assumed they will do it the next day .the next day when I call the lady said they have stripped the car finding the problem it went on for the whole two weeks with the same story unroll I went there to see if is it true that my car had been stripoed I found olit there standing showing that it had been standing there since its arrival the lady said to me she will call the technician to come explain to me but instead she called the manager who said to me they will start working on my car tomoro because they are stuff short (is that my problem?)the next week I called again the lady said there is no one in 5he shop its only her all people went to court . I then asked her are you saying your company sends all the staff to court and.left clients cars in attended she hanged up . Now up to date my car.is still at the Benz Tech and full payed I will be filling a court case with ombudsmen and Emu and opening a case at the police station that company undermines black people especially the receptionist
