Stop pestering me with sms's yapping about a Cell C account I know nothing about.I took my time and resources and contacted you and gave you back the reference number you people sent to me and yet you couldn't confirm to me the name of the account holder,instead you ask me for my personal details.Now if that's not phishing then i wasn't born in South Africa.Thats illegal and unethical.Im reporting your firm to the Law Society since I see this is your staple modus operandi and its boils down to malpractice.
Eldo Coaches service is pretty ****ty,on my trip from Durban bus was 2 hrs late and just after Westville the useless piece of **** broke down due to overheating,what makes it even worse the driver didn't even have phone with him,a passenger borrowed him a phone and guess what? There is no back up bus and now we are currently stuck on the N3 and we have no idea whats gonna happen.
DISGUSTING SERVICE I'm Lesego Molefe,It would be an understatement to describe the service I got from Benz Tech as bad,a rainy day is bad for a braai,a running stomach is bad for a good night sleep,too much sweets is bad for kids etc therefore I can only describe the service as being less than nothing. My car has been sitting in their premises for over a year now waiting to be fixed.The owner gave me a quotation of R44500 to fix the auto transmission,replace intake manifold and speed sensors and we agreed that I will pay half of the money upfront and I did.After 2 months he told me the car also needs control arms,engine mounts and subframe which I must buy and deliver to them,I did that and it cost me a further R9000 and all I have been getting is one excuse after the other conveyed to me in a nonchalant,devil-may-care,arrogant attitude for the whole 1 yr 5mnth and to add insult to injury,the car's taillights got damaged by hail since its just sitting outside exposed to the elements and I kept quiet because I just wanted the car fixed.My general opinion about this business is that the colour of your skin determines the quality of service you get,so if you're black and you need some stress and frustration in your life,I recommend Benz Tech. I would also like to add that not once has Benz Tech initiated contact with me and you have to call countless times with various different numbers before you can get hold of the owner,very unprofessional conduct!!!
Crooks in suits,stay away from these shysters.I bought an Audi A5 with 100 400 kilos on the clock,it kept on consuming oil like you wouldn't believe,I took it to them after 2 weeks and was told its normal for VAG cars to slurp oil like that so I should just keep topping it up when it says so.i was topping it every week!! Then after a month the check engine light came on,I drove the car to their dealership,they kept the car to "to take it to our workshop" over the weekend,got a call to come fetch car on Monday,they told me the car is fixed the piston rings were leaking.only to find out they only reset the fault code as the check engine light came on,two days after that the engine seized due to low oil pressure,which I was topping up when required,I was driving around with Liqua Molly in a jerry can in the boot.The engine seized after only 2 months of ownership.Pieter and co refused to offer any assistance.i took the matter up with CPA even consulted with a lawyer,but because I couldn't prove that I was topping up the oil as required by the car as I threw away the receipts or oil purchases and Pieter and his charlatans were claiming that I was driving the car without topping up oil.im still paying for a car I drove for 2 damned months! YOU PIETER,YOU SKELM,.. Laugh now cry later but your time will come.And thank you for almost ruining my life!!
