What a poor service and reap off service I took my car to Benz Tech in Rustenburg around January 2026 for service, they told me there are parts that needs to be replaced one was shafts. I bought parts needed and booked the car and they took it in on the 18th February 2026. Only to be called and told there was a mistake as my car didn't need replacement of shafts but it only needs sealing that will cost me R795. I told them to go ahead thinking then it'll be cheaper that replacement of shafts. To my surprise, the invoice still had charge of R2 795 for the shafts that they themselves wrongly diagnosed. When I asked they say already the strip job was done, My question is should I pray for their mistake, at that time I already lost money R7 000.00 for buying shafts that I can't return as it's the policy of the s**** shop saying parts are only returned within 3 days, but unfortunately I bought them on Friday. Benz Tech Rustenburg, didn't even apologize but worse part still charged me for the service they didn't provide. Because of Benz Tech Rustenburg negligence I lost R10 0000 and they didn't even give a care. The owner didn't even try to look remorseful, is this the safe we should get and also be duped of our last penny?

Nedbank Rustenburg Bank is one of the poorest services ever I went to the bank around 13:55 to Bank bulk money, the cashier lady first tell me she's close, I asked her how if they let me in. The next she says she wants to cash out so I must come tomorrow, I had to explain to her that I'll be at work. Then she says she'll assist me after 30 minutes if she's done, I tried to explain to her that I'm on lunch have to go back to work. She insisted maybe I should come tomorrow. My question is: 1. Don't they consider my safety of walking around with bulk cash if she insist I must come tomorrow. 2. Where is the formal communique to inform clients that cashier knocks off few hours earlier, at 13:00 before the bank closes at 17:00

I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance agent Musa He's been very helpful during my car problem, it felt as he was next to me as he kept checking up on me while waiting for tow truck in the outskirts. He made sure I even remember to lock car doors. His work is very commendable 🙏🏾
Worse of the worst to the baddest service ever. I took my car on Friday (07/03/2025) @ 07:00 to check the leaking and do service. Only for them to wattsup me @ 13:30 to say they found the problem and I gave them go ahead to fix it. Since then no one contacted me on the progress of the car, it slept there without communication. On Saturday I tried to call without reaching them, I ender going there only to be told that they can't release my car until Monday since the technician who was fixing it is off duty. Couldn't he finish the job if he knew he's not going to be in the following day? I had to insist on taking my car by force without paying, it's then that they requested the other technician whom at first they said he's not available to come and test my car. This shows poor professionalism and customer care. No one answers the call nor responds to the wattsup. The front lady had the nerve to tell me that she was not aware of the wattsup messages sent. It's like they're not trained to deal with customers.
What a disgracing service I continually receive from PMD insurance. My car has been involved in accidents since @ March. Was fixed and released to me only to find that the car sensor is not working. I tried to communicate with them but they are giving a run around. They told the Panelbeaters that the sensor was not part of accidents, but the car was damaged on the roof where sensor is 😢 I've never experienced such ill treatment from insurance company like I did with PMD. Now I can't do anything with the car screen as everything isn't working because of sensor Victoria
Since I had a car accident on the 8th March 2023, Reported the case to them on the 9th March. Unfortunately as of today I'm stucked with a car at home, PMD contacted me twice to confirm the accident. It's so frustrating as I'm the one inconvenienced while my insurer takes its time to assist me. All they say is they're still 15 days time frame of response. I'm truly frustrated by their customer service and support 😑 Schools will be opening soon, which means I'll be struggling with dropping off my kids to school again
I got involved in car accident on Wednesday the 8th March 2023, where the carpot in the complex fell on my car. I reported the incident immediately to PMD, on Thursday submitted necessary documents. I am the one calling to find out what's happening as there's no contact on their side, the only rude response I got is that they're still within their 15 days of response. PMD doesn't care about it's customers honestly, I wonder what if the incident was outside would my car be left there for more than 72 hours while investigating? I'm very much disappointed 😞
