No utility bills, poor maintenance, broken promises.

Hi,

We have been with renting with Bergentash for nearly four years now. In that time we have experienced terrible service. When requesting repairs due to wear and tear they have failed to respond to our emails and eventually when they do it takes well over thirty days to make the repairs.

In addition on multiple occasions we have asked for detailed utility bills and the municipal bills and on very few occasions have we actually recieved anything.

What brings me to Hellopeter is, over the last 6 months +- our utility bills have more than doubled for no reason, we requested a breakdown in August with original documentation. So that we may try to make sense of the situation, and we have received no feedback. Natasha simply doesn't take our calls and Dora promises and promises but never delivers. The situation has got so bad we have had to give notice and move to a much smaller place, give up one of our dogs, and pray that when we finally get what we have been asking for that its not a huge blow to our pockets. I'm grateful that I saw the Hellopeter reviews so now I know they don't pay deposits back, I have at leaste been able to protect myself from that.

WATCH OUT!!! These people are either sharks, or very sloppy. You take your pick.
