Bad Quality

I bought a Berlinger haus breadbin from Takealot on the 21 Sept 23, and the quality of the bread bin is not to my satisfaction I then logged a return for the bin on the 12 Oct. Take a lot declined my request saying I should have logged the return within 7 days whilst their website says 30 days. The bin is flimsy to say the least. And I would like my money back so I can order something else. This is the 2nd bin from this brand that I buy the 1st one I have had for 3 years, and it broke. This one we used for a week and it is clear that it will not last. It is made cheaply and not worth the amount paid for it even if it was on sale. The quality of Berlinger Haus items is ****py they now sell nonsense.
