Placed an order online with game on the 24th Oct and to date I have not received my order. The online team including management keeps lying to me. No one knows what happened to my order Southgate keeps saying they will deliver but nothing and game refuses to refund me my money. This is bull**** service I want my order or my money today not after 5 working days.
My car was booked in for repairs with renew-it Randburg for replacement of the plastic part of the bumper and replace sensors etc. the car was booked in 7 Aug returned 18th September. Upon taking delivery of the car on my way I noticed that something is moving in the boot I informed them & was promised a call back. No one called, I then find that my car has multiple scratches where it looks like the top part of the boot has been scratched including the lights where it is not naturally possibly to scratch the car unless the boot was & dragged across a hard surface. The damage to my car was minor but now I have scratches going up to the roof of my boot. Called 3 times today was told the lady assigned to my car is not in when I asked for a manager im placed on hold & subsequently the call gets dropped. Beyond frustrating that I had to be without a car for over 6 weeks only for it to come back with damages & no one wants to address this. I have had nothing but a painful experience dealing with this company.
I resigned from my employer in March and from 10th April I have been trying to cash out my pension fund. First Momentum cashed out my savings portfolio which I did not ask for then it took them 3 weeks to reverse after back and forth calls which ended with me screaming at their consultants. After that was resolved I was promised that I would be paid last week the senior agent I have been dealing with is now ignoring me. I called 5 times this morning Katlego and another consultant hung up on me. Then another promised to pass the message on since Kevin doesn’t take calls. I have been battling with money that I have worked for over 17yrs. My debit orders have come back unpaid yet I have money sitting in someone’s account. The excruciating pain I have had from Momentum is beyond shocking. Lack of empathy from the consultants as for Katlego a **** of note from day one. They don’t respond to emails I’m at my wits end with this company.
I have a bond with FNB that is about 8 months old and as staff it is a condition of the staff benefits to use FNB insurance products for the house. On the 5th of March there was a severe thunderstorm and my roof started leaking damaging the ceiling. I logged a claim with FNB and according to the inspector the roof was poorly maintained by the previous owners and therefore FNB will not be fixing the roof nor the ceiling. After 6 weeks of following up the feedback I received was that the claim is rejected due to lack of maintenance. How was I supposed to know the roof was not being maintained? FNB relies on valuation to determine if all is in order with a property not the client. The lack of service FNB has is appalling
A month ago I contacted debt busters as I thought they could help me reduce my debts, post speaking to an analyst I felt that their solution would place in more debt instead of assisting. I told the analyst I was not happy with their offering and would not proceed with their company. Ever since that day I am being called by different agents offering debt review I’m not interested please get rid of my contact details I’m not interested.
I have a revolving loan with woolworths that I paid off on the 27th Oct and did not close. From the 29th the account was in a credit balance paid off. Received a statement the acc has a balance of R1659 & the same amount is due 5 Dec. Called the call center to understand what this for because according to statement received I paid them more than the balances that were owing on the account. Stayed on the line for an hour whilst being taken from pillar to post. I have not received any assistance and refuse to pay this amount until they tell me how they got to it. Looking at the balance for each loan vs the payments there is an amount of over R2000 due to me. Below is the balances per statement vs the payments that went into each acc so where is the R2000 ? I ordered a Camp master camp chair from One cart on Monday, the chair was delivered Tuesday and it was a completely different brand. Called them immediately & was asked to send pictures of the item via WhatsApp, provided my order number etc. Till today no one has ever gotten back to me. I have been following up with no luck even called again yesterday afternoon was told to send a WhatsApp message. What nonsense of a service is this company providing? I want my Camp master camp chair.
I am a first time client with EC, and so far the service I have received is pathetic, especially from the admin personnel. I logged a call regarding being charged a call out fee for a technician as I was experiencing issues with their system, no one explained to me that there would be a call out fee. Charlene confirmed she would investigate, this morning she calls me threatening me that if I cancel their service she will claim the call out and will only wave it in the event that I remain with the company. What bulls#t is this? A company informs a client when they send someone that a call out fee will be charged, in this case I was not informed. Why am I suddenly being threatened because I want to leave their company?
Pick ‘n Pay advertised a Defy fridge for R13000 which is not available at any of their stores. Misleading customers and false advertising I went through 3 different hyper stores only to be told it was never in stock in any of their stores. I want the fridge at price it was advertised.
I have had a few bad experiences with Naked but the claim I made yesterday takes the cup. 1st you cannot add a portable item to your contents cover unless its above R5k, & when you try & claim you are told the item is not covered as it is not specified. What the hell is the point of home contents? Last year my premiums went and access went up by almost 20% & I let it go. They have declined my other phone claim due to wear and tear. After almost 5 yrs with the company with 2 cars & home contents it's time I take my business elsewhere. So not worth the energy. Customer satisfaction is definitely your motto.
