So called Upgraded order - just a ****
Even 1 star is one star too much. Unfortunately I didn't do my research before and that was a big mistake. Now I see that other people were taken for a ride too. I ordered an 18cm pot but received a 20cm one with a note that my order got upgraded! What BS this is. Sent them several mails, tried to phone, but no luck. If you want to keep your sanity, keep away from these people.

21 Feb 2026, 11:39OK, so maybe just by coincidence, after I published my review, a courier pitched up at my house asking for a return not knowing which company sent him, and I had not received any info from BH. As the casserole was the only thing I wanted to return at that time, I gave him the box hoping for a positive outcome. And yes, after receiving one single email asking me for my acc no., I was refunded, which I am very happy about. But the whole dealing is extremely unprofessional.
