Even 1 star is one star too much. Unfortunately I didn't do my research before and that was a big mistake. Now I see that other people were taken for a ride too. I ordered an 18cm pot but received a 20cm one with a note that my order got upgraded! What BS this is. Sent them several mails, tried to phone, but no luck. If you want to keep your sanity, keep away from these people.
I have had a very good experience with Outsurance - they called me exactly at the agreed time, spent time explaining everything and overall were very helpful. Their premiums seem to be very competitive, but of course the main thing is what's going to happen in the unfortunate case of a claim.
I have NEVER dealt with a company that would be so inefficient, from the initial chat to many calls from my side trying to rectify the mistakes that had been made in the policy. To this date, I have used more than 70 mins of my airtime only to be receiving the same policy again and again with the same mistakes. I have given up, and if a claim comes up and I am told that the policy is invalid because of my incorrect home address, I have several proofs that I did try to have that rectified. Extremely frustrating dealing with this company.
