They collected a whole variety of items from my home to put up for sale in Dec 2022. The sale and settlements for sold items started of promising, but have subsequently fissled out. A variety of high value items started selling for ridiculous low prices, items that should fetch a couple of thousand were sold for couple of hundred Rand. We now at 6 September 2024, 20 months later and still the discrepency have not been resolved. Communication has reached passive aggressive tones, promises made and no follow-up to confirm if promisses were met. I know this company for decades. I used them based on my good experience with them, but this last experience is not in alignment that I'm use to from this brand and company. There behaviour has been tagging me allong in the hope I will let go of outstanding payments and disputes not resolved. Many phone calls, messages and emails go unanswered, or if miraculously answered, promises are made that are not kept. The buck is now been past from one person to another. 18 Months to sell on my behalve items that could have been dealt with in 6 months. Very sorry I chose Bernardi to sell my items on my behalf. I don't know these people for this unprofessional kind of behaviour. 😡😖🧐
