Last year around October, I was admitted to Olivedale Hospital because of a health condition. A treating doctor referred me another person to conduct physiotherapy, and on the same day I was provided with braces for my neck. I asked the gentleman who provided me with braces if my medical aid is going to cover the costs, and he assured me that I should not become worried and left me in my hospital ward. I was later surprised by an email from the service provider that I owe 1592.53.
