Bad service from Best Debt especially lady called Cecilia in their head office!!!

I have paid Best Debt Finance all my two loans in 2023 but they still appear on my profile they never removed from the bureaus. I asked them several times to remove the paid up accounts but no they don't want to, there is a rude lady who have a disgusting and unprofessional character called Cecilia yhooo that one I think she's that untouchable "boss who lacks manners and management skills. Countless times I've been emailing her to please remove all the paid accounts with reference numbers; 419569, 412813 and 448528 but Cecilia doesn't want to do that at all and her word is final.
