Worst experience Best Debt Finance
They double debit and when you make arrangements they deduct in all your bank's and give you stories when they supposed to refund. If you make arrangement with them, they don't cancel the previous one they double debit and don't want to refund. Worst company and ****** too.

They double debit and when you make arrangements they deduct in all your bank's and give you stories when they supposed to refund. If you make arrangement with them, they don't cancel the previous one they double debit and don't want to refund. Worst company and ****** too.

Un approved debit check
Still did not get my money when you call centurion and ask for the Boss Mr Muller they dmt allow you to speak to him Cecilia has treated me like a dog and take all my money.

Money stollen my best debts
They rook all my money without my permission and they refuse to give it back instead they gave the credit back because they rook more and refuse to give a loan

They dnt stick to the law
The company deducted more than 12k in my account. I am paying 1700 and they took all my money.I am at the branch now Cecilia at Head office does not want to refund my money. Monica who is at the branch in bellville is very rude and they are telling me there is no manager. I have never see a company that deduct more than 2rimes I. someone's account I did not approve any debit check how they did it I dnt know.

double deduction
Best debt finance deducted twice from my capitec account, and they didn't send me a Debi check for me to approve. I requested them to refund at least one amount, and they refused saying they can only refund me R708 of which it is unacceptable. i will them to refund me all my money as i was not notified of this double deduction. I am also considering moving away from capitec as it clearly shows that my money is not safe with them

Stay Away from This Company
This company claims to help with finance, but instead, they trap you in debt. They give you loans that leave you owing a high amount, and when you need real help, they only offer very small loans. When it’s time to make arrangements, they bring many stories and excuses, refuse EFT payments, and even go as far as calling your workplace – very unprofessional. They are only after quick money and don’t care about clients. I am now planning to report them to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) for their ********* practices. Please avoid this company at all costs – they will only make your financial situation worse.

Bad service from Best Debt especially lady called Cecilia in their head office!!!
I have paid Best Debt Finance all my two loans in 2023 but they still appear on my profile they never removed from the bureaus. I asked them several times to remove the paid up accounts but no they don't want to, there is a rude lady who have a disgusting and unprofessional character called Cecilia yhooo that one I think she's that untouchable "boss who lacks manners and management skills. Countless times I've been emailing her to please remove all the paid accounts with reference numbers; 419569, 412813 and 448528 but Cecilia doesn't want to do that at all and her word is final.
