The worst experience ever, we have paid the fibre on the 23rd of December 2025 till today this is not working . No one has been helpful we have been calling the toll free number everyday and we are told different stories regarding the installation . The installer was not helpful at all I am cancelling this Fibre with immediate effect the experience has been horrible.
The worst store to buy anything online.Their online information is very misleading .I first bought the item last month after 2 days I received a refund without any information regarding the refund.The 2nd time I do this purchase yesterday in the evening I receive confirmation email that I can collect the items at South Gate store.This morning I call 2 consultants who confirm that there is stock and my device is ready to be shipped then later on the day I receive an email that states there is no stock.I call the 3rd consultant n she states that there is stock at Centurion. How is it that only at the end of the day when supposed to receive item that’s when you are told it’s out of stock but there is confirmation that at Centurion there is stock.I will never buy anything online at Game.I want the device even now when you go online it states that there is stock available..I always buy online at Truworths n many other stores but I have never experienced this
Bad experience so I bought an item online the following day they sent an sms that item is unavailable and they will refund the payment it has passed 7 days and I have not received this refund.When you call their number online there is no answer the line is always busy,and the email correspondence with regards to this case is pathetic not helpful at all please refund the amount paid for this item at your earliest convenience
Debt collector called Aquifin acting on behalf of Capfin very unprofessional and the worst company to deal with calling my employer who gave them the authority to call my work number as a secondary contact this is totally wrong they have not sent an email or made alternative arrangements to get through to me.I am taking this matter further to report this
The worst company to deal calling my work place when you have my personal number who gave you the authority to use my work number as a 2nd number to call if you are unable to reach me that on its own it’s totally wrong I have had enough of this company

I received an email from Nedbank funeral insurance that I should pay R456 by the 30th of June 2025 , this was paid and it was said the policy will be reinstated. On the 1st of July 2025 I received an sms from Nedbank stating that they cannot reinstate the policy . I am very unpleased with the service received , when I sent an email today I just received a letter not even an explanation regarding the email I sent a mere letter not responding to the questions raised. This is not TCF . I am not happy with this and will not advise anyone to take on a policy with them
The bank charges are ridiculous I will be changing this bank even their banking app is not user friendly . The bank charges are extremely high on this bank
Goodmorning I am struggling writing a review online I need to report Best debt finance The consultants keep on calling my work number and disclosing my information.The worst credit provider.I already made an arrangement that I will make EFT payments but they keep on calling my work number..!for what exactly. I paid my account in full and Vodacom in November. Vodacom resumed a cinteactvwithout my consent .I have been calling them since November to cancel the contract as I have now paid the arrears and dont want a contract with them.All the consultants do not provide accurate information all of them advise differently as to what is happening with the account.Now the account is owing for 2 months and they were debiting my account without my consent.They did not send me a debicheck to approve the debit order.This is not fair and I need answers from Vodacom as I cannot be blacklisted for something I did not consent to
