I've been waiting for my refund money of the 3 policies that I cancelled 2025 from Assupol, till today they don't even bother to email and explain why the delay? They just ignore me, but its sad to do business with people like them.

My name is Mildred Nokude Mhlungwini, I have a policy at Assupol and it has reached five years on July this year 2025 but I only received my cash back today. The premium amount for this policy ref: AL190000001714902 is R297 each and every month so i was expecting 297×12=3564 instead they deposited R1553 only. So I would like to know where is the rest of the money?
I bought 18kg top loader washing machine Hisense brand at OK Furnishers at Zevenwacht Mall on the 18 of February 2025, on Sunday the 27th of July it just stopped working after making a weird noise on the inside while I was doing laundry and it immediately switches itself off power. I went to OK furnishers to report the matter and they told me the supplier which is Hisense will come on Monday the 28 of July but no one came, yesterday I just received a message saying the agent will contact me, but not stating the time. I won't play Tom & Jerry with them I want the new washing machine. Remember my laundry is stuck inside the washing machine because it locked itself automatically when busy washing, now I can't open and take off my laundry to finish it somewhere
My WiFi hasn't been working since 26 of June, I contacted Vuma and they promised that they will send a technician to check the problem, only today my WiFi is working and my question is I'm supposed to pay tomorrow the 19th of July, but how can I pay for the service I did not use?
I've been sitting without internet since the 25th of June, I phoned them and they told me to reboot the router and check if there are broken cables around and switching off the router for few minutes but it never worked. I have paid Best Debt Finance all my two loans in 2023 but they still appear on my profile they never removed from the bureaus. I asked them several times to remove the paid up accounts but no they don't want to, there is a rude lady who have a disgusting and unprofessional character called Cecilia yhooo that one I think she's that untouchable "boss who lacks manners and management skills. Countless times I've been emailing her to please remove all the paid accounts with reference numbers; 419569, 412813 and 448528 but Cecilia doesn't want to do that at all and her word is final.

I took a loan of R8000 online on the 10-12-2024 and the term of the loan is four months which means the first deduction was supposed to commence on the 31st of December 2024 but boom on 12-12-2024 the loan started deducting.
