Still did not get my money when you call centurion and ask for the Boss Mr Muller they dmt allow you to speak to him Cecilia has treated me like a dog and take all my money.
They rook all my money without my permission and they refuse to give it back instead they gave the credit back because they rook more and refuse to give a loan
The company deducted more than 12k in my account. I am paying 1700 and they took all my money.I am at the branch now Cecilia at Head office does not want to refund my money. Monica who is at the branch in bellville is very rude and they are telling me there is no manager. I have never see a company that deduct more than 2rimes I. someone's account I did not approve any debit check how they did it I dnt know.
I filed a complaint against this pharmacy for their failure to deliver my daughter's medication. On the same day, a representative named Annied contacted me, assuring me that she would follow up and resolve the issue. I submitted the prescription to the company in January, and as of today, my child has still not received the medication. Annied promised to reach out to my doctor and provide me with an update, but that has yet to occur. This pharmacy demonstrates a concerning lack of regard for the well-being of individuals. It is now May, and I am still waiting for the medication for which I am paying, yet I have not received it. The way they treat their customers is exceedingly frustrating.
I have been sending emails to Marara pharmacy for the delivery of my Childs medication. i am no response from them the last medication they sent i have to call not getting any direction eventually someone helped me. My child is no longer taking medication whereas am paying i do not know what to do because Marara is not answering the phone or reply to my email please help.
