RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER AND POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP

Unprofessional RUDE Manager and Poor Quality Workmanship is what I've experienced at Best Drive Malmesbury. So, the bracket of my exhaust came loose and I took it to best drive. They welded the exhaust back, but only to find out that the exhaust was welded back incorrectly. The exhaust was welded against my back bumper which burned a huge hole in the bumper of my vehicle. When I detected this, I stopped driving my vehicle to prevent any further damage and informed the store manager Johan. He started shouting on the phone in my ear and simply told me to F**&^off and that they will not take responsibility and he placed the phone down in my ear. I then took the liberty and got some professional advice to take the matter further. I phoned again, to try and not implicate the owner and to have the matter resolved without other parties and cost involved and to get the contact details of the owner, and Johan again refused to talk and said he has spoken to the owner and placed the phone down in my ear again. I just hope that the owner is aware of Johan's unprofessional way of dealing with clients, and that this is causing him money at the end of the day. I m sure that this is not the vision and mission of best drive and that the owner would only want his business to flourish, and not to be driven down the drain because of Johan's EGO.
