Unfair 10% Charge, Poor Alignment & Rude Service at BestDrive Braamfontein

I had a very disappointing experience at BestDrive Braamfontein. Firstly, they charged an extra 10% simply because I used PayJustNow — a fee that’s supposed to be covered by the business, not passed on to customers.

@PayJustNow, please confirm: Are merchants allowed to charge customers extra for using your service? This feels like an exploitative practice.

Secondly, after fitting the tyres, they did a rushed wheel alignment in under 5 minutes. From then on, my car was shaking all the way — clearly a poor job.

To make matters worse, the consultant who assisted me, Mark, was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the process.

This is not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with.
