I can't take away the fact that today I was treated normal as a customer at the reception by one of the staff member who behind the desk, and he told I'm first on the line for wheel alignment. He even told to move my car to the front of wheel alignment bay. While I was busy moving my car, little did I know that I was going to be confronted by another very rude staff member who just started yelling at me. When I asked him what was wrong he continued yelling at me. Confused I was, I then told him I don't appreciate his tone and I was going then leave them and go if he continues to do that. Guess what he told me straight on my face that I can leave, again with a harsh tone.
