<p>Yet again Bestsecure sticks their hands into my account and takes R 456 a day after the normal monthly fee of R 399 is debited. This is the second time they have just debited extra money from my account without any authorisation or explanation. Months go by and still no answer. Clearly replying to your customers and customer service is not on the top of your priority. Dear Tremain Burns, Tertia Carlse, Kirsten Potgieter, Etienne De Klerk, Thys or Kobus, I know you are all busy but could one of you please come back to me?</p>
