Got an email notifying me that the premium is going up by a crazy 17% based on risk profile, inflation, etc. Called and spoke to a consultant who told me there is nothing he can do. This is absolutely insane that you can raise an insurance premium by 17% as an annual increase, are you going to increase it by 25% next year? I have been a customer with Discovery for many years without any claims and this insurance policy is for a residential building insurance where there has been no change in any risk profile. In regards to inflation, it is sitting on around 5% so where are you getting the other 12%? Very unhappy and if you do not resolve this I will escalate this further.

<p>Having approached Cornelius Mostert back in October 2016 in regards to one of my tenants, I found myself having to continuously chase Mr. Mostert in regards to the discussed services. Full prepayment was made at the beginning, yet 5 months later nothing has been done and I have had no luck of getting feedback or replies to my numerous queries. This is very unprofessional and I will not be using your services in the future.</p>
<p>Yet again Bestsecure sticks their hands into my account and takes R 456 a day after the normal monthly fee of R 399 is debited. This is the second time they have just debited extra money from my account without any authorisation or explanation. Months go by and still no answer. Clearly replying to your customers and customer service is not on the top of your priority. Dear Tremain Burns, Tertia Carlse, Kirsten Potgieter, Etienne De Klerk, Thys or Kobus, I know you are all busy but could one of you please come back to me?</p>
<p>Have been trying to cancel my Telkom Landline for a while now. The latest person to deal with was Muntu Howard Sogobile who does not reply to emails and has absolutely no regard for customers. Muntu for some unexplicable reason life has put you on a path of working in customer service. This was a mistake from the universe, please find other departments to work in. You deserve a job with no or little customer interaction where you can devvelop your other s****s to your full potential.</p>
