Bestway is the worst really, bought a pool cover on the 9th of December after being told by the sales person telephonically that I am purchasing the correct size. The pool cover does NOT fit. I have been trying to return the item since the 18th December. Several emails and calls following up and just nothing. No one responds on emails, no one follows up with the clients just complete silence from their end. I was even told on my last call "they just opened for the year" and prior to that I was told there is only one person working in the after sales department and that person is off sick! Their products are not cheap, people work hard for their money and make sacrifices in order to purchase pools and accessories, but the after sales service is TERRIBLE in fact it's non existent. I would not recommend them to anyone ,honestly.
