Bestway is the worst really, bought a pool cover on the 9th of December after being told by the sales person telephonically that I am purchasing the correct size. The pool cover does NOT fit. I have been trying to return the item since the 18th December. Several emails and calls following up and just nothing. No one responds on emails, no one follows up with the clients just complete silence from their end. I was even told on my last call "they just opened for the year" and prior to that I was told there is only one person working in the after sales department and that person is off sick! Their products are not cheap, people work hard for their money and make sacrifices in order to purchase pools and accessories, but the after sales service is TERRIBLE in fact it's non existent. I would not recommend them to anyone ,honestly.
I was made aware of an outstanding account with Vodacom and was handed over to their attorneys (MBD). I settled the amount in full in May, struggled to get my paid-up letter but nonetheless received it. I made several enquiries for removal of my name on ITC, and MBD says Vodacom needs to do it and Vodacom says MBD must do it. According to Vodacom account is not sealed and final. I am so tired of going back and forth between these two companies with no joy. For the past week when calling Vodacom's accounts department (0821946) it says "the number you have dialed does not exist". If these two companies are affiliated in any way (which clearly, they are), why is it such a headache and struggle to get everyone on one page? No one from either company returns calls, If I could give a zero rating for both these companies, I would.
I received a call in the beginning of May regarding a Vodacom account , I then paid the full amount outstanding. To date I have called MBD several times for a paid up letter or to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor's are never available , agents are ill equipped to assist the caller , there is a huge language barrier , agents are not able to transfer you. I sent an email on the 30th May (QWR1537290) still no response. This collections company offers such bad service - it feels like a ****.

We have moved home's and canceled our Fibre at the old address in order to re-activate it at the new address. There is an active line at the new address, we were asked to submit proof of address and a picture of the installed box which we did. I have literally been following up almost daily (with MWEB) as there is no way to get hold of Vumatel. This is ridiculous, how this company Vumatel is still in business I would like to know.
I had booked tickets for the Alice in Wonderland show in Canal Walk and unfortunately we had an unexpected death in the family. The funeral has been arranged for the day I had booked tickets for! The thought of trying to resell the tickets gave me anxiety, but Quanita on the live chat assisted me so seamlessly. She changed the dates of our tickets and was very helpful. Thank you so much Quanita,you relieved me of a stress I didn't have capacity to deal with!!
This so called company doesn't even deserve one star 😤 awaiting a parcel for two weeks! Called into the call centre several times ,sent emails ,whatsapp messages and just various excuses being given. Requested a team leader or manager to call me back last Thursday and no call as yet 🙄 . Really shocking as to how this could company is being run
Fibre at home was disconnected on Friday 9th September, have called into the call centre several times and each time I call I get a different explanation as to why the service has been canceled and also why it has not been reinstated yet. According to the last person I spoke to yesterday , MWEB is awaiting some type of clearance from VUMATEL (who apparently has no TAT nor contact details). Call centre agents with each call puts me on hold for such a long time everytime I call and refuses to let me speak to a supervisor. Very disgusted with the service both from MWEB and Vumatel
Trying to sort out my account since 8:10 this morning, second time I'm calling and currently on hold for 28mins..no one has answered. Their short survey at the end of the call should include us as customers to rate how long we had to be on hold before our call was answered
