Worst withdrawal ever

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the delays experienced with withdrawals. On multiple occasions, I have requested a withdrawal around 23h00 and was advised that withdrawals take up to 2 hours. However, the funds were only received at 07h00 or later the following day. This delay is extremely frustrating, especially after being informed of a much shorter processing time. It is also unclear why live chat agents, who are available throughout the night, are unable to assist with processing withdrawals, or why the withdrawals team does not operate during these hours. Customers should not have to wait several hours to receive their winnings. This situation often leads to customers cancelling their withdrawals out of frustration and reusing the funds, which should not be the case. I kindly request clarity on your withdrawal process and for this matter to be addressed urgently.
