These guys are ****mers I received a message with a deposit bonus of 100% and I deposited R1300 and went on to win R 12 000 when I attempted to withdraw the money it forfeited and i was left with R1300. When I contacted them they just told me about termsand conditions which are very much hidden. Their message contained a wagering amount and games to play with that 100% bonus. Imagine I made them 12k just like that and i played whole day. I need my money back these guys are ******

If it were possible to give a zero-star rating, I would do so. I received an SMS offering a 100% deposit match if I deposited R100 or more, with a wagering requirement of ×35, which I fully completed. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I then raised a chat for assistance on how to withdraw my winnings of R1100. The agent guided me through the withdrawal process. However, after following the provided steps, I was only paid R100 instead of the R1,100 that had been wagered. I then contacted another agent, who referred me to the terms and conditions stating that only the original deposit amount is returned once wagering requirements are completed. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this outcome, as the promotional offer was misleading and not clearly communicated.
