I state that I did not intentionally commit *****. The amount of R190.00 was received into my account from Mamello, the sender. I hereby request TymeBank to kindly unblock my account so that I may reverse the R190.00 back to Mamello, the sender, or alternatively that TymeBank reverses the funds on my behalf.
