I received 5 items via Bex Express and one was broken. It took about a month and multiple phone calls (all but 2 unanswered) and emails to the George branch before I was informed by the headoffice that I had no claim due to the packaging not being up to standard. Sky at Headoffice informed me that I could have taken out insurance, but this was never offered to me as I could not do the booking on line as it was no standard items. I assume that at the time I could have taken insurance, they would have advise what packaging would be suitable.
The fact that the George office did not answer their telephone and most of my emails is unacceptable and just POOR POOR service. I will never trust Bex Express to transport anything for me EVER again. Be advised!
