Taking clients money and not render the service
Nhlanhla the CEO of Bhambanini installers requested that I give him money to buy material which is required for him to render my service in August. He took my money and never rendered the service. I kept on sending him massages asking for my money back and he told me numerous stories that his wife is sick, he is sister is no more, he is financially strained. Please stay away from this guy if you don't want to be in my situation. His way of conducting business is ********* and his full of lies and stories, in fact he should be blacklisted from the all networks of service providers including Team Bark. He comes across as jack of all trades with the intent of *********** people their hard earned money and give them excuses as a service. I am not going to let this go until he is backlisted from the service provider network. Stay very far from him, before you regret like me.

Lucky is a crook
Originally Lucky was great, responsive and fast, the installation job he did was okay(not great but adequate) but he messed up on one corner with a cable dangling outside around a gutter, he promised to come repair it the next day, then never showed up then he blocked my partner on WhatsApp. When I asked him to come repair it he blocked me too. He should not be allowed to be listed on a site like bark. He’s a crook, we even gave him R200 extra. Boycot him!! Also writing reviews on the blue heart foundation groups on Facebook and hello Peter.

Worst Customer services
<p>i wanted a alarm system for my residence, Bhambanini, along with Chubb, offered me the best Rates i could find, i was communicating with Lucky Radebe via email and Cell, and on 31 May i accepted the terms for a contact over email, requesting required documents to sign, </p> <p> </p> <p>it took them an entire month to respond to me, i had to send multiple follow up emails to get any form of reaction from them, finally, on 29 July, after speaking to a new technician from Bhambanini, Matshidiso, a Chubb technician comes to see me with the paperwork for the contract, which i signed and accepted, he said a consultant will phone me within a few days,</p> <p> </p> <p>more than a week past, and i had to email and phone Bhambanini again just to get a reaction, magically the could help me on 8 August, the 8th came and went and no one arrived to install my system, after multiple phonecalls to Matshidiso and Bhambanini, they promised me it would be today (9Aug) first thing in the morning, it is now 12h, I’ve phone the office multiple times, and seems they just unplugged the phones, they stopped awnsering their cellphones, after they said to me they are on their way earlier, i am trying to call and sms both Lucky and Matshidiso, but they are just ignoring me,</p> <p> </p> <p>i am extreme dissapointed with this services I’ve been getting, i am terminating my contact and i would never use them again!!</p> <p> </p>

POOR Technical Service
<p>I dont understand why i must charge my email adress because of not being able to send out mails, you speak to the technical team for the smtp setting for Neotel no one knows what i was talking about and i ask to speak to the manager his was no were to be found. come on rely. my ref no is FREQ265465774. </p>
