<p>i wanted a alarm system for my residence, Bhambanini, along with Chubb, offered me the best Rates i could find, i was communicating with Lucky Radebe via email and Cell, and on 31 May i accepted the terms for a contact over email, requesting required documents to sign, </p> <p> </p> <p>it took them an entire month to respond to me, i had to send multiple follow up emails to get any form of reaction from them, finally, on 29 July, after speaking to a new technician from Bhambanini, Matshidiso, a Chubb technician comes to see me with the paperwork for the contract, which i signed and accepted, he said a consultant will phone me within a few days,</p> <p> </p> <p>more than a week past, and i had to email and phone Bhambanini again just to get a reaction, magically the could help me on 8 August, the 8th came and went and no one arrived to install my system, after multiple phonecalls to Matshidiso and Bhambanini, they promised me it would be today (9Aug) first thing in the morning, it is now 12h, I’ve phone the office multiple times, and seems they just unplugged the phones, they stopped awnsering their cellphones, after they said to me they are on their way earlier, i am trying to call and sms both Lucky and Matshidiso, but they are just ignoring me,</p> <p> </p> <p>i am extreme dissapointed with this services I’ve been getting, i am terminating my contact and i would never use them again!!</p> <p> </p>

telkom canceled my line 2 months ago, without my permission, now after 1,5 month of struggle i got it back on agian, now telkom want to charge me double for last month, which i could not even use the line for half of the month,<br> <br> i phoned accounting and they say i have to pay, i refuse to pay for this because i did not tell telkom to terminate my line!! ive already paid 1 account for September, im not going to pay another one for the same month,<br> <br> what kind of a place bills a person twice, on the same line, in the same month, how messed up is your service??<br> <br> call me as soon as possible, I am not going to pay double, ive already had too much of an headache with Telkom, i just want this over!<br> <br> CALL ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, DO NOT JUST SEND ME A RESPONSE WITH A REF NO!! THAT IS NOT HELPING ME!!!
Its been more than a month that ive been sitting without internet because one of Telkom staff wrongfully terminated my line, it took me 4 weeks to get my land line back on, and now that i applied for my ADSL line to be activated i was told it would take 3 weeks, when i phoned yesterday they told me \oh sorry
Ive been having trouble with telkom for the past month now, had to reactivate and \reinstall"my line"
i was with telkom for a year with an ADSL line, i recently got a more affordable ISP and wanted to move to the new ISP, but when i asked telkom to cancel my internet the canceled the entire line, now my new ISP cannot activate my line because i now have to apply for a completely new line, its wasting my time and money,<br> <br> telkom canceled my line prematurely, i was suppose to be 1 month notice but it was terminated on the same day, which left me in a tough situation, and now i still get a bill for the month (which i am not going to pay) but i did not even have internet in this month, i need this resolved before end of day because i work and study from home and need internet to operate!<br> <br>
i went into telkom branch key west to terminate my ADSL with telkom the end of the month, this would have been my 30 day notice as i canceled before telkom end of month (11 Aug), when i got home my line was completely terminated with no notice, i went into the branch to activate my internet for the remainder of the month but was told this can not be done because my line is in the final stages of cancellation and would be complete within the week, i went to a new service provider trough the same line, but was told they cannot do anything until telkom finished their process, and i am still waiting for telkom,<br> <br> this is a massive inconvenience because im a student from home and cannot use my internet and have deadlines,
I was on a contract with Vodacom for a year, before and during this time a always had reception problems, so at the end of my 1 year contact i decided to cancel my contact, went into the branch to cancel and the clerk canceled to contract but the next month money was taken from my account and the contact continued, I took this as a mistake and went back and canceled again, they apologized and redid the cancel, this time I got documentation to confirm my cancellation but this morning i got another debit order to state that my contract did not cancel and on top of that i did not have any reception for the last 2 days, not even at the spots where i normally had, so i want this contact canceled and my money back so i can move to another service provided, IM OVER WITH VODACOM!!
