i submitted my application to get lisence number on the 11th of January 2021. an email from client services acknowledged the aplication. Incase nobody knows it took 7 months for registration of Pharmacy to take place,grand opening of Pharmacy is 25th of January 2021. I understand that the offices of BHF are not open and employees are working from home BUT FOR US AS A PHARMACY AND THE PATIENTS WHO WILL BE COMING THROUGH TO BE INCONVENIENCED LIKE THIS IS REALLY DEEPLY UNBEARABLE. we understand that it does not affect you negatively positively in anyways and its ok,but for us who have been preparing to serve the Public affects us negatively in all angles. every second day since the 11th i have been calling and i was told my application is on the computer and is with admin and they will communicate in a day or so. 2 days later the following week no communication,i caled again and i was told the same information----i asked to talk to someone at admin who is handling the application and i was told its not possible only communication Via email. After days if making follow up,on Sunday the 17th i receive an email from client services that there is no application for Y60114. I was so shocked as the employees confirmed from the 13th January when i called that they have the application its just that its not processed yes. i immediately re-send the application with all needed certificates. Today Monday the 18th January 2021 i had a long chat with Hector about the crisis faced due to not being issued a practice number already. Hector advised that He will escalate the complain and request to the management and they will assign someone to assist me. Now at 17:00 i receive a communication from pcns_admin@bhfglobal.com and they asking if i can send the application via PDF as they are blurry.
i used high resolution to scan the documents, they are visible on my phone ,on my laptop and on the Pharmacy PC computer.
i did now re-scanned the application and re-send it to the same emails. as member of the public health care professional ,this is really bad inconveniencing incompetent service ever. CAN WE BE ASSISTED ACCORDINGLY PLEASE people are sick,and depend on their medical aid for medical care as they dont have same income due to COVID 19 Crisis.
can we really work together in this regard.
