you advertise shipment fee for 2-5days two thousand two hundred for order worth three thousand rand then when it arrives via DHL we are asked to pay the same amount in total three items worth three thousand rand i ended up paying eight thousand rand thats a serious scam . so its not worth it to buy last minutes via light in box

i ordered stock Wednesday at 10am made payment at 10h30 for our small order number 0000751121,im told i will only be getting stock next week Wednesday THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE THERE.a whole 7 days process to have sweets packed in a box to be delivered,i cant believe this when i asked Kagiso who i was on he call that if thats the case,i would rather collect for myself the stock ordered tomorrow on friday she tells me changing from delivery to collecting customer takes 24-48 hours so it will be done by MONDAY,and i must produce proof that i am vaccinated. its really not nice dealing with unprofessionalism and lack of sense of urgency. as a first time buyer I'm never ordering there ever again. when i joined my way i was an employee and had not had car insurance for years. now I'm a Director of a Pharmacy and planing to open another branch ****tle did they know). I had been planning to change this scam insurance but I've been so buzyyyyy----I struggled with my 1st minor accident claim with Miway and i said to them ,if ur troubling me this much with a small claim i can imagine the stress il experience when i have real accident. little did i know that this was the year of accident ,them boom miway did what they are best at, WRITTING OF CARS.But Good Riddance ,i will get Another Jeep and play far away from miway. all the bikes and cars used for our business deliveries even the business itself will never be under miway services,all miway is about is : we pay and pay and pay but when claim time comes miway will make sure u start from the scratch. bad investment insurance. pandemic insurance To Buddy Vroom this claim was not assigned to you--it was assigned to Masilo Modiba according to the email I received but you where so quick to jump into this claiming process to make sure you excel and participate and lead with your skills in this regard to reaping me off...thats what we call fraud and scamming-----you really did excel..ur a star in that department---.i was looking at the assessed car report and i was laughing out loud,and we all know why. . miway, buddy vroom and ANC (same whatsapp group),Buddy vroom i wish to say i hope all this "doing insurance your way" and not "doing insurance miway" as advertised was worth it for u and makes you a billioner but all i can say is laughing out loud. MIWAY ITS ME AGAIN i am so tired of your way of working always inconveniencing me. its 18minutes now on my landline since i've been awaiting for assistance i woke up to a debit order this Morning i called and im being assisted by Keabetswe that is double instalment in a Month Since he said he will not be able to assist me i asked him to ask his supervisor or senior to assist in refunding back the Money that was debited this Morning he keeps coming back after holding for a long time saying no one is available to assist me . i believe this is my last complain and dealing with Miway. since 2020 you been giving me stress anxiety un eased peace of mind. CAN THE DEBIT ORDER PLEASE BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT
i submitted my application to get lisence number on the 11th of January 2021. an email from client services acknowledged the aplication. Incase nobody knows it took 7 months for registration of Pharmacy to take place,grand opening of Pharmacy is 25th of January 2021. I understand that the offices of BHF are not open and employees are working from home BUT FOR US AS A PHARMACY AND THE PATIENTS WHO WILL BE COMING THROUGH TO BE INCONVENIENCED LIKE THIS IS REALLY DEEPLY UNBEARABLE. we understand that it does not affect you negatively positively in anyways and its ok,but for us who have been preparing to serve the Public affects us negatively in all angles. every second day since the 11th i have been calling and i was told my application is on the computer and is with admin and they will communicate in a day or so. 2 days later the following week no communication,i caled again and i was told the same information----i asked to talk to someone at admin who is handling the application and i was told its not possible only communication Via email. After days if making follow up,on Sunday the 17th i receive an email from client services that there is no application for Y60114. I was so shocked as the employees confirmed from the 13th January when i called that they have the application its just that its not processed yes. i immediately re-send the application with all needed certificates. Today Monday the 18th January 2021 i had a long chat with Hector about the crisis faced due to not being issued a practice number already. Hector advised that He will escalate the complain and request to the management and they will assign someone to assist me. Now at 17:00 i receive a communication from pcns_admin@bhfglobal.com and they asking if i can send the application via PDF as they are blurry. i used high resolution to scan the documents, they are visible on my phone ,on my laptop and on the Pharmacy PC computer. i did now re-scanned the application and re-send it to the same emails. as member of the public health care professional ,this is really bad inconveniencing incompetent service ever. CAN WE BE ASSISTED ACCORDINGLY PLEASE people are sick,and depend on their medical aid for medical care as they dont have same income due to COVID 19 Crisis. can we really work together in this regard. highly disappointed regards Tebogo Choma (B.Pharm) Director at Mchomes Pharmacy
NMG your not answering calls no one is attending our Query i was last assisted by Omphile in December 2019---His phone now is unreachable. i have not gotten my pension pay out yet...all my ex colleagues that i resigned with got their pay out----BUT I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MINE?what is the problem??? I'm seeing a lot of complain here on hello peter this is another Pandemic.
i really don't understand what is really wrong with the miway employee/representative my claim reference :1178964 is still not resolved Dudu told me that i have to pay double the excess on the claim.....i asked her how possible is that as i agreed on paying a certain excess in case of accident---i asked her to call me back on friday the 11th so that i advice on way forward regarding the claim,she never called back----i called the miway claim department and i was told by Tsholofelo that the claim is closed AGAIN...she was also very rude and i made her aware telling her that even Dudu was rude and unhelpful----and i was shocked when i was told she is the manager.....and now i understand why,my claim has reached this stage-------- Tsholofelo send me disclaimer documents to sign-----i signed and emailed the Document back to Tsholofelo on Saturday the 12th.......she has not gotten back to me nor the manager Dudu i called in Today the 15th December 2020 and was assisted by Vuyo....who also informed me that the claim 1178964 is CLOSED....and asked that i send him the very same disclaimer document i signed and emailed back to Tsholofelo. i really don't enjoy communicating with the above employees/miway representative as they are not being helpful.....can i please have the claim paid so that i go order the side mirror and get it fixed . it is clear that being a loyal paying client to miway is not worth it at all. what a waist of my money for the 2 years ive been with miway. i can already imagine the stress il encounter when i have huge damages to my Jeep due to unforeseen circumstances coz this is what we r faced with recently... miway your not worth it really,if this is how you train ur representatives/employees to treat us then its a problem... can i please have this claim resolved C1178964
miway can i kindly have someone to assist me with my claim. reference: C1178964 i opened the claim and unfortunately before the 6months period corona days happened,when i was making follow ups after corona days settled i was told the claim was closed(no email send,no any sort of communication) i was taken up and down to have it re-opened aways when i called. i got tired of that and decided to write another claim,a day latter i receive a call from an inspector who is located 1hour40 minutes away from my place of work and an hour away from my resident,i informed him that he is too far i wont be able to drive all the way to him and he advice that i call mi-way and ask them to change my inspector and he will write a note for that call. 2 days later i recieved a call from a lady and she told me that she will close the claim(c1266814) i submitted after getting no help from the 1st claim,and i should contact Kaashifa Ponder who was the one handling my 1st claim and she will re-open it. an sms came to my phone requesting i write a letter requesting re-0pening my claim C1178964 which i did and emailed Ponder,but an automated respond said she is on leave i must contact Bridgett, its two weeks later and i have NOT been helped. "i did get emails communication that my Premium is increasing on the 31 of December though" i am a Pharmacist and i have been working ever since,i am tired and i dont want this kind of up and downs and not being helped,especially when i have never missed a single monthly payment,not informed that they closing my claim and now I'm here paying for insurance but struggling to get help for services i pay for incase of such unforeseen circumstances can i be assisted accordingly at least please.i need my side mirror to be fixed. and if you are tired of me just kindly let me know and i will make a plan. regards Loyal mi-way client who is really disappointed.
i went to centurion mall telkom to do my landline application for my new business. to my suprice when i got to the shop i was told that Marks has chosen a package for me, after going forth and back with the manager on duty on Tuesday evening, and her informing me that they have to start the application from scratch and it will take long---i decided to pay for that package and left. today i call the center on 10213 and im informed that the store in centurion mall linked my business adress to my personal adress now my land line number is appearing as 012 number. SUCH INCONVENIENCE i have given Marks all the documents showing what my adress is and he asked me to confirm. is this how Telkom treats customers, stressing them instead of helping them. can this matter please be resolved,i need to have a landline number. ive paid R700 already for activation,worse part i cant get hold of the store when i call
