Palesa Manakele, telesales at SG Convenience, is the most slapgat salesperson I've had the misfortune to deal with, ever. I placed an order, the invoiced came to a higher amount than the purchase order value. It's worth noting that a new price list came out today, with EXACTLY the same prices as my order, yet Palesa thinks it's okay to add some margin to the invoice, so that she can earn a higher commission. She also left off a significant chunk of my order, which was not delivered, with no communication. When I called to ask her about the pricing or the missing items, she was full of excuses - it's never her, and always everyone else. If I would treat my clients like this, I would not have a single one left.

My stock was never delivered on time, it suppose to be arrived on 22/11/2021 but incompetency of SG Group is such a low level that they don't care about their customers, i ordered my stock forom SG Convenience on 17/11/2021 for delivery 22/11/2021 but stock never arrived i asked my rep (Amanda) but she didn't have any answer for my stock instead she chose not to reply my txt or call when i was asking her, i sent lots of email asking about my stock but SG never replied to my single email. i supposed to be running black friday special for whole week starting from 22/11/2021 but due to SG's low level service i couldn't run any special for bonus i lost my costumers who came to my shop for special and they were very disappointed for not having special. thanks to SG for such a low level service.

i ordered stock Wednesday at 10am made payment at 10h30 for our small order number 0000751121,im told i will only be getting stock next week Wednesday THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE THERE.a whole 7 days process to have sweets packed in a box to be delivered,i cant believe this when i asked Kagiso who i was on he call that if thats the case,i would rather collect for myself the stock ordered tomorrow on friday she tells me changing from delivery to collecting customer takes 24-48 hours so it will be done by MONDAY,and i must produce proof that i am vaccinated. its really not nice dealing with unprofessionalism and lack of sense of urgency. as a first time buyer I'm never ordering there ever again. SG INCONVENIENCE

I've worked with a couple of sales reps from this company and to be honest most of them are absolutely incompetent. Zunaid Akhalwaya being the top of the list. He will fail to place your orders and lie about telling you that the stock item is out of stock. He can't do a simple thing as inform you when items are out of stock and ends up putting you in a comprising position. Zunaid Akhalwaya is a big liability to the company.

My Mother worked for SG Boksburg where she took out a group life insurance policy. So when she passed this policy was spouse to pay out to me and my sister its been just over a year since her passing and no fund have been received every time it's we need documentation when the documentation that is been requested is supplied then its a month of no communication when asked only then they come back with no we need more documentation then we go through the same prosses again and then again then again every time sill to this day the same prosses is continuing what are we to do I mean is this prosses just to continue and continue and the policy just never to payout. The level of incompetence is just unexpectable it is pathetic.
