HIGH GRADE INCOVENIENCE DELAY

i ordered stock Wednesday at 10am made payment at 10h30 for our small order number 0000751121,im told i will only be getting stock next week Wednesday THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE THERE.a whole 7 days process to have sweets packed in a box to be delivered,i cant believe this when i asked Kagiso who i was on he call that if thats the case,i would rather collect for myself the stock ordered tomorrow on friday she tells me changing from delivery to collecting customer takes 24-48 hours so it will be done by MONDAY,and i must produce proof that i am vaccinated. its really not nice dealing with unprofessionalism and lack of sense of urgency. as a first time buyer I'm never ordering there ever again.
