Lazy and dishonest telesales

Palesa Manakele, telesales at SG Convenience, is the most slapgat salesperson I've had the misfortune to deal with, ever.

I placed an order, the invoiced came to a higher amount than the purchase order value. It's worth noting that a new price list came out today, with EXACTLY the same prices as my order, yet Palesa thinks it's okay to add some margin to the invoice, so that she can earn a higher commission.

She also left off a significant chunk of my order, which was not delivered, with no communication.

When I called to ask her about the pricing or the missing items, she was full of excuses - it's never her, and always everyone else.

If I would treat my clients like this, I would not have a single one left.
