I bought 2 brownies from Paul's homemade Ice cream New Market through Uber Eats and they only delivered 1. When I called the store I spoke to Avumile who insisted that it's only one brownie even thoygh on the app it chearly says 2 x brownies for R86. Mind you I was there yesterday and paid less than half the amount for one. The thing that annoyed me the most is that she kept arguing with me telling me it's only one and telling me her manager who was not even available to speak to me says I must contact Uber Eats. This was such bad service from such a reputable restaurant. I turned the brownie and I'm expecting a full refund.
I did a relocation and my fibre was installed on the 2nd March. On the 4th I requested a fibre upgrade as the current plan I'm on which is 20mbps upload and download doesn't reach that speed when tested by my potential company. I've since been waiting for that upgrade which was supposed to take 24-48 hrs according to the consultant. I've spoken to to number of consults including Yanga Suka, Vodacom (External), Victoria Julius, Vodacom (External) & Curwen Boyd and they all haven't done much but tell me that the person who did the installation didn't close the ticket, so they're waiting on him. I should've started my new job already but I'm on the verge of losing that job because of this fibre delay.
Not recommended, please do yourself a favour and do not. Book this company. The pick up was arranged but they did not arrive as scheduled. I booked 10 days before the pick up day and texted to remind them a day before and they confirmed that all is in order. On the pick up day I called as they were 30 minutes late and hadn't notified me and they said they were running 90 minutes late, 4 Hours later they were still not here. Mr. Mdaka told me that they have another job at another house and will pick up my things in a few hours. I had to reschedule so many things because of their incompetence. I found them to be unprofessional - why double book and then not tell the waiting customer about it. I eventually cancelled their services. Quick to respond but slacking on service delivery.
I went to the Wimpy at Aberton City for breakfast and it was the most pleasant ever. The food was delicious, fast and efficient service from the team but the thing that stood out the most for me was Nisha's service. She really went out of her way to make me feel at home and make sure all my needs were catered to, she's such a gem and has a beautiful aura
The place is absolutely beautiful, great ambiance, service and vibes. The staff were great too from the hostess, waitress, bar men all the way to the ladies on the Corona station and the DJ who played great music throughout. My friend and I both ordered pork belly, shared sushi and the chicken wings as a starter. She had churros for dessert and I had the chocolate brownie. The food can definitely be a bit better.
I've been with FNB for a while and I've always been happy with their services however I'm so disappointed that they can't assist with airtime purchase reversal especially because of their system not being able to notify us that the purchase was successful. Only to try purchase again and get charged double.
Went there for lunch with my 1 year old daughter on Women's day, the food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. The barman offered us some customized ****tails which were amazing. I'd really recommend their restaurants during this Covid period of you'd like to avoid crowds and still have good food, drinks and 5 star service
I've worked with a couple of sales reps from this company and to be honest most of them are absolutely incompetent. Zunaid Akhalwaya being the top of the list. He will fail to place your orders and lie about telling you that the stock item is out of stock. He can't do a simple thing as inform you when items are out of stock and ends up putting you in a comprising position. Zunaid Akhalwaya is a big liability to the company.
Went to the Aurum restaurant for a birthday lunch, although we arrived an hour late, they still managed to Keep a table for us. It's got a great ambience and the food was delicious, I had the pork belly and my bestfriend has the prawn rissoto, loved the presentation. Service was a bit slow, waited -+30 minutes for a bottle of wine, had to also refill my wine myself. No one came to check how our meal was going, however they did check on us before our meals arrived. I would recommend the place for the great ambience and good food.
I went to the department of Labour Alberton city to submit my maternity uif form. I was with my 4 months old daughter as I had no one to look after her. When I got there, there was no social distancing but the customers were kind enough to let me go to the front. I managed to struggle through the crowd and when I eventually got to the front, the lady who works there, refused to prioritize me. I mentioned that I don't want to be there for too long since there's no social distancing and I'm carrying a baby and that I'm only dropping my forms. She continued with other customers and refused to assist me. I left there without being assisted. I took pictures of the whole situation and the lady who refused to assist me for reference.
