It is the worst service that I have ever experienced. I submitted my documents on the 20th of Jan 2021, only on the 4th of Feb they informed me that the documents are not clear and that there are some outstanding documents. I re-submitted all the documents the same day. I never received any feedback as to whether the documents were received and if they are satisfied with the quality. I phoned them on the 12th of Feb, the person whom I spoke to said that they did receive the documents and that an authorized person is working on them and they will communicate with me. On the 16th of Feb I emailed them again about the progress only to find out that they can not find me on the system and that my application was cancelled and I have to submit them again. So I've resent everything again on the 17th of Feb 2021, today is the 3rd of March and no communication whatsoever. When I email to enquire about the status they reply by saying that "we are receiving inundated number of emails, due to this factor we are experiencing a delay in all new applications, updates, and reinstatement. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." They are quick to take your money but very slow to do their job! I am so frustrated. We can not serve people with medical aids which has health care needs in a pandemic if we do not have a practice number. Come on BHF it is time to step up and not use Covid as an excuse not to assist us in a timely manner!!
