It is the worst service that I have ever experienced. I submitted my documents on the 20th of Jan 2021, only on the 4th of Feb they informed me that the documents are not clear and that there are some outstanding documents. I re-submitted all the documents the same day. I never received any feedback as to whether the documents were received and if they are satisfied with the quality. I phoned them on the 12th of Feb, the person whom I spoke to said that they did receive the documents and that an authorized person is working on them and they will communicate with me. On the 16th of Feb I emailed them again about the progress only to find out that they can not find me on the system and that my application was cancelled and I have to submit them again. So I've resent everything again on the 17th of Feb 2021, today is the 3rd of March and no communication whatsoever. When I email to enquire about the status they reply by saying that "we are receiving inundated number of emails, due to this factor we are experiencing a delay in all new applications, updates, and reinstatement. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." They are quick to take your money but very slow to do their job! I am so frustrated. We can not serve people with medical aids which has health care needs in a pandemic if we do not have a practice number. Come on BHF it is time to step up and not use Covid as an excuse not to assist us in a timely manner!!
So this was my reply on Hello Peter yesterday the 4th of March "Good day Kyla I'm sorry you haven't received your order as yet and for the overall service. This isn't the type of customer service we want you or any of our customer's to experience. I've escalated this to online management for it to be looked into and for preventative measures to be put in place. Thanks again for taking the time to contact us and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Otsiele Boikanyo" I hope that by today you will be able to give me a proper response about my order! I will be meeting with my attorneys in the afternoon and if you don't give me the whereabouts before 16:00, we then have no choice as to attach your name to the documents as you are the one who was informed about the issue.
Today is the 4th of March and I still haven't received my order which I paid for on the 11th of February. It is almost a month later and I'm still waiting for a response from Makro!! At this moment it looks like Makro stole my money as they already received my money but I don't have my item and I don't get any response as to why I didn't receive my item. I am taking this up with my attorneys, I have all the proof as to when I paid for my order, when the estimated delivery was supposed to be and I have all the reference numbers and dates when I phoned the customer service and all the emails that I've send without any response! Forward this email to your management department, as they will be held accountable and they will be receiving the documents from my attorneys. Order number MAK 200 ****
