Bhw _sa are ****mers
I ordered hair from these people in September and I’m still waiting for my order they don’t communicate whatsoever, I’m even going to take legal action.

I made a purchase on August 17 this year. Till today, I have not received my order They were quick to take payment however when it was time for an update, there was no response. They do not communicate however they are always posting every day. We are always trying to support local businesses but they are showing us flames. This is a very horrible company. Do not even try purchasing there. You will regret it.

I made a purchase on August 17 this year. Till today, I have not received my order They were quick to take payment however when it was time for an update, there was no response. They do not communicate however they are always posting every day. We are always trying to support local businesses but they are showing us flames. This is a very horrible company. Do not even try purchasing there. You will regret it.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BHW_SA, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ORDER. THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY NUMBER FROM CONTACTING THEM. I WILL BE OPENING A ******** CASE, THEY CANNOT GO AROUND TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND IGNORING THEM, THIS IS *****. The customer service provided by this company is absolutely terrible. After making a payment, don't expect to receive any response from their administrative contact at 072 137 2883. Despite their promise of a 3-5 day delivery, this is far from the truth. I placed an order for a wig on August 15th, and up until now, I have not received it. Last week, I received a feeble excuse about delays from their suppliers and their supposed return to normal operations. However, even after following up twice, I have received no response and I'm still waiting. I have decided that I will never make a purchase from this establishment again, This time for real!

I ordered hair on the 19 Feb 2023 from Bhw_sa Brazilian Whole Sale.. and haven’t received my hair to date..the communication sucks, they only confirm when they receive payment after that all they do is lie about delivery and then ignore your texts and calls and never deliver but continue to post for new orders! 😡
