The customer service provided by this company is absolutely terrible. After making a payment, don't expect to receive any response from their administrative contact at 072 137 2883. Despite their promise of a 3-5 day delivery, this is far from the truth. I placed an order for a wig on August 15th, and up until now, I have not received it. Last week, I received a feeble excuse about delays from their suppliers and their supposed return to normal operations. However, even after following up twice, I have received no response and I'm still waiting. I have decided that I will never make a purchase from this establishment again, This time for real!
